Agen Pegadaian 3.5.2

Agen Pegadaian is an individual or business entity that has collaborated with PT Pegadaian (Persero) to provide Pegadaian products and services supported by the use of information technology, in accordance with the agreed agreement.

Agen Pegadaian Services

1. Agen Pemasar:
   Provides references and information about Pegadaian products to potential customers.
2. Agen Pembayaran:
   Handles payments for Pegadaian products including opening gold savings accounts.
3. Agen Gadai:
   Facilitates Gadai KCA disbursement transactions.

General Agen Requirements

1. Must have a residential or business location for Agen operations.
2. Must have operational devices:
   a) Android smartphone
   b) Internet access
3. Willing to undergo training.
4. The operational location of the Agen must have easy transportation access to the main Agen outlet.

Agen Administrative Requirements

1. Submission documents:
   a) Application to become an agent (via application)
   b) Collaboration agreement
2. Copies of a valid ID card (KTP).

Special Requirements for Agen

1. Agen Gadai:
   - Must possess expertise/knowledge of technical aspects and market prices of specific collateral accepted by Pegadaian (Gadai Agen).
   - Willing to provide a deposit (cash/jewelry gold/LM) as security for transactions.
2. Agen Pembayaran:
   - Willing to provide a deposit (cash/jewelry gold/LM) as security for transactions.
